Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the smooth operation of our practice.
Key responsibilities include:
Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and scheduling appointments Greeting and checking in patients with a friendly, welcoming attitude Updating patient records, including demographic and insurance information Processing payments, posting charges, and handling appointment recalls Managing the schedules for assigned physicians and ensuring the day runs smoothly Balancing daily financial transactions and assisting with billing Scheduling surgeries and other patient-related procedures Mailing registration materials to new patients Assisting with additional duties as needed We're committed to providing excellent training and support to the right candidate.
