Job Description

Patient Care Consultant
RESTORATION FAMILY CHIROPRACTIC
Frederick, MD
  • Full-time
  • In person
  • $18-20/hour to start + performance bonus
WHO WE ARE
Restoration Family Chiropractic is a faith-driven practice in Frederick, MD built on a simple idea: people deserve exceptional care from a team that genuinely cares. We do good work that makes a difference in people's lives. We're a close-knit group of doctors and team members with solid systems in place, a strong patient base, and a culture built on accountability, honesty, and purpose. We measure what matters, hold each other to a high standard, and invest deeply in the people who invest in us. We're growing, and we're building the team that grows with us.
THE ROLE
This is the person who sits down one-on-one with new patients, hears their story, and helps them take the first real step toward their health. It's a patient-facing role at its core. You'll handle front desk and paperwork too, but those serve the real work: the conversation. You're the calm, confident presence who guides the most important conversations a new patient has with us. You own a new patient's first visits, and you set our doctors up to deliver care that feels built for each person. You don't need a clinical or medical background, as we'll teach you everything you need to know about the care side. What you bring is the human side: the instinct to connect quickly, listen for what's really going on, ask the questions that get to the heart of it, and move someone toward the decision that's genuinely best for them and their family. Done well, this role changes lives. The people who walk through our doors are often in pain, out of options, and quietly hoping someone will finally take the time to listen before handing them a fix. You're the person who takes that time to listen for what really matters, then helps them move.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Owning the new patient's first visits, the in-office experience and the report of findings, and making each one feel personal, clear, and worth their time Leading one-on-one consultations: listening for what's really going on, surfacing the real concern and the motivation behind it Gathering and organizing each person's full story so the doctor can step in and give precise, individualized recommendations Guiding patients to understand their options and confidently commit to the plan that fits them, turning a first visit into a patient committed to their healing journey Owning the accuracy and completeness of new patient information and records Reviewing your own conversations to keep getting sharper (what landed, what didn't, what to adjust next time) Being a warm, steady presence from the first hello, and supporting the team wherever the practice needs you
WHO YOU ARE
You're a natural with people. You read a room, build trust fast, and make others feel heard. You're persuasive in the best sense. You move people to action on what's good for them, and you'd never confuse that with pushing or pressure. You've likely done sales, coaching, hospitality, or another conversation-driven role and you were good at it. You're energized, not drained, by helping someone make a real decision. You listen more than you talk, and you listen for the right things, because the right question is worth more than the perfect pitch. You keep clean, organized records, and you're honest enough to review your own results and keep improving. You want your work to matter. You believe people deserve better health, and you'd be proud to help them find it. This isn't a role for someone who wants to take orders and clock out, and it isn't a role for a hard-seller chasing a number. It's for someone who genuinely loves people and wants to get great at helping them choose a better path.
WHAT WE OFFER
$18-20/hour to start, plus a performance bonus tied to new patient starts. Strong performers earn well above base, and for the right person this role grows into significantly more as you become more effective in your work Direct mentorship from a practice owner who is actively building, not coasting Paid time off and complimentary chiropractic care for you and your family Real training and a clear path to grow with a practice that's expanding A team that genuinely has each other's backs, built around a mission bigger than the job We hire slowly and intentionally, and we mean it. It's not an easy path, and that's the point. If you read through this and felt something like this might be the work you've been looking for, we want to hear from you!
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Benefits:
401(k) Employee discount Paid time off Paid training Application Question(s): Our hiring process includes a job behavioral assessment (Culture Index) and a short written screening form. Are you willing to complete both before we schedule an interview? This role requires reliable, on-time, in-person presence at our Frederick, MD office Monday-Friday during business hours. Are you able to consistently commute to Frederick, MD? This role is full-time, Monday-Friday, during standard business hours. Are you available for this schedule? Our practice is openly faith-based. We pray as a team, play Christian music in the office, and openly give thanks to God for patient healing. We do not require or expect team to share our faith, but we do need every team member to be comfortable working in this environment. Are you comfortable working in an openly Christian workplace?
