36 hours/weekEvenings and Nights Job Summary:
This position is responsible for accurately collecting and entering patient demographic and insurance information, along with performing additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor. All duties are carried out with a strong emphasis on patient safety, satisfaction, accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.Responsibilities include:
Professionally receiving and directing telephone calls and inquiries Greets and assists patients, visitors, and staff entering the hospital Obtains initial patient information, including demographics and insurance information; reviews and maintains patient data. High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Must have excellent telephone etiquette.Schedule:
