Job Description

Description of PositionWe are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Patient Access Specialist in Lewiston, Maine. This role is in the healthcare industry where you will be interacting with customers and patients, managing their accounts, and handling their inquiries.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Open to different backgrounds in customer service, hospitality and service industry
  • Medical Experience background in Patient Services
  • Basic or advanced knowledge of the EPIC electronic medical record system or other EMR's is a Preferred
  • Basic or advanced knowledge of medical data reporting systems
  • Microsoft Excel/Word knowledge
