00/hour (with opportunity for conversion) Position Overview We are seeking a Patient Service Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for patients and play a critical role in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and patient-centered experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with people, can handle sensitive conversations with empathy, and thrives in a structured yet collaborative environment.
