Our growing dental practice is looking for a Patient Care, Insurance & Treatment Coordinator who is committed to providing outstanding service to our patients while helping our team operate efficiently and successfully each day. About the Role As our Patient Care, Insurance & Treatment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in both the patient experience and the operational success of the practice. You are often the first and last impression for our patients and will help guide them through scheduling, treatment planning, insurance coordination, and financial communication.Responsibilities Include:
Patient Care & Scheduling Answer phones professionally and warmly Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments efficiently Help maintain a productive and organized schedule Provide excellent customer service and patient communication Assist patients with questions and ensure a positive experience from start to finish Treatment Coordination Present recommended treatment and associated fees clearly and compassionately Help patients understand treatment recommendations and financial options Coordinate treatment scheduling and payment arrangements Support patients in moving forward with needed dental care Insurance Coordination Process dental insurance claims and insurance payments accurately Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status, benefits, and outstanding claims Communicate with patients regarding insurance policies, benefits, balances, and past due claims Input and update insurance coverage books and patient insurance information Develop and maintain a strong understanding of dental insurance policies and benefits Assist with insurance aging and accounts receivable management Opportunities for Growth This is more than a front desk position — we are looking for someone who wants to grow with our practice.Additional opportunities may include:

7:30 AM•4:30PM Tuesday & Thursday:
