What You'll Do Be the warm, professional first impression for patients—both in person and over the phone Schedule, confirm, and update appointments with accuracy and care Verify insurance details and assist with basic billing questions Manage patient check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently Maintain confidential patient records and ensure compliance with privacy standards Help patients complete intake forms and gather required documentation Work closely with therapists to coordinate schedules and support patient needs Keep the office stocked, organized, and running smoothly Handle general administrative tasks like scanning, filing, faxing, and organizing Jump in wherever needed to support daily operations What Makes You a Great Fit Experience in a physical therapy office or customer service role is a plus Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Comfortable using scheduling systems and basic computer applications Dependable, patient‑focused, and committed to providing excellent service
