Perform outpatient & / or inpatient registration & insurance verification functions; Collect patient financial liability payments & ensures that patients meet financial requirements including Medicare medical necessity, payer pre-certifications & referrals. Provide general information to hospital users, patients, families & physician offices What you will need: 1 year customer service experience, required HS Diploma or equivalent required Data entry skills (50 to 60 keystrokes per minute) Basic computer skills HFMA CRCR orNAHAM CHAA
