In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming intake process. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help gather essential information, coordinate appointments, and support clients through their initial engagement with our organization. Duties Greet clients warmly via phone or in person, establishing a positive first impression Collect detailed client information accurately through data entry and documentation Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up activities efficiently Provide clear information about services, policies, and procedures to clients in multiple languages if needed Maintain organized records of client interactions using Microsoft Office tools and database systems Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Support clients by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and escalating concerns when necessary Requirements Multilingual skills or bilingual proficiency in English and other languages preferred Prior experience in customer support, client services, or call center environments is highly desirable Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills Experience with data entry, typing accuracy, and maintaining detailed records Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns with confidence and professionalism Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of customer service best practices including call etiquette and active listening skills Experience with cash handling or basic financial transactions is a plus Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding service!
