Up to $22/hr About the Opportunity We are seeking a Home Care Intake Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for families enrolling in the Medicaid Home Help Program. This role is ideal for someone with home care, healthcare intake, or Medicaid experience who enjoys guiding families through the enrollment process and ensuring a smooth start to services.
