Why You'll Love Working Here:
Unlike many healthcare positions, our call center hours are Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM-4:00 PM and Friday 7:30 AM-3:30 PM . Staff typically leave between 4:00-4:15 PM each day, offering a consistent schedule that supports life outside of work.
Position Summary:
Our Call Center Representatives are the first point of contact for families seeking care. This role is ideal for reliable individuals with strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills who want to work in a professional setting that makes a difference for children.
You will:
Manage high volumes of inbound calls in a professional and timely manner Schedule patient appointments and update registration information Listen carefully to patients' needs, provide accurate information, and escalate when needed to the clinical team Work closely with clinical staff to ensure every child receives timely and continuous care
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma (or equivalent) required Strong computer navigation and typing skills (40 WPM or higher) Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail Demonstrated dependability — arrives on time, meets commitments, and follows through consistently Professional verbal communication and customer service skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, supporting colleagues as well as patients Previous experience in a healthcare, office, or customer service call center environment desired
