About Serenity Esthetics Serenity Esthetics is a rapidly expanding spa company with locations across the United States and Canada. Our mission is to deliver truly personalized treatments that set a new standard in the industry—offering something far beyond the traditional spa visit. The hourly rate listed reflects the post-probationary pay. All new team members begin with a 90-day introductory period, followed by a performance review. Based on performance and overall contribution, team members may then transition to the standard hourly rate. Front Desk Responsibilities Welcome clients and guests with a polished, professional presence Answer calls and assist with scheduling appointments efficiently Manage front desk operations to ensure a smooth daily workflow Verify and update client information during check-in Maintain accurate and organized client records Process payments and support administrative tasks Coordinate with team members to optimize scheduling and flow Deliver a high level of customer service that enhances the overall client experience Preferred Experience & Skills Previous experience in a spa or customer-facing environment preferred Strong understanding of client service and retail awareness Comfortable with phone systems, scheduling software, and office tools Clear, professional communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational ability Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced setting Basic knowledge of administrative and office procedures If you're looking to grow with a company that values professionalism, energy, and personal impact, this is an opportunity to be part of something dynamic and expanding.
