Who We Are At Pivotal Integrative Medicine, we believe people deserve more than a prescription or surgery as the first answer to pain. Our mission is to identify and address the root cause of each patient's condition using an individualized approach that may include chiropractic care, physical rehabilitation, soft tissue therapies, regenerative medicine, functional medicine, and other evidence-based treatment options. Most importantly, we focus on helping people get back to what matters most to them. For one patient, that's getting back to gardening without back pain. For another, it's picking up their grandchild without hesitation, training for their next race, or simply reaching into a crib without discomfort. Those moments matter to us because they matter to our patients. We're looking for someone who believes healthcare is about people first and wants to help create an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Your Role This is much more than a front desk position. You'll be one of the first people our patients meet and one of the biggest ambassadors for our practice. You'll help create a welcoming environment while also helping us build meaningful relationships throughout our community. Patient Experience Welcome patients and create an outstanding first impression Schedule appointments and manage social media inquiries Answer phones and assist patients with questions Support patient check-in and check-out Process payments and maintain accurate records Help ensure the office operates smoothly each day Community Outreach & Marketing Coordinate community events, health fairs, and educational workshops Build relationships with local businesses and organizations Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms Capture photos and videos around the office Assist with marketing campaigns and patient success stories Help represent Pivotal throughout the community We're Looking For Someone Who...
