As a Patient Care Team Specialist , you'll help patients feel confident and supported while completing life-impacting cardiac monitoring recordings. About the role You'll be part of our Customer Service team, focusing on proactive outreach and support to patients during their monitoring sessions. In this role, you'll: Call and follow up with patients to help them start, continue, and complete monitoring successfully. Provide clear, empathetic guidance when patients have questions or concerns. Keep our systems up to date so clinicians and internal teams can rely on accurate information. You'll be joining a team that values empathy, reliability, and thoughtful communication. Over time, you can grow into more advanced frontline support roles as you build experience. About you You might be a fit if you: Enjoy helping people and can stay calm, kind, and clear on the phone. Are comfortable working with structured workflows and tracking outreach activity. Pay attention to details and follow through on commitments. Healthcare experience is helpful but not required - we're happy to train the right person.
