We are a rapidly growing chiropractic and wellness practice seeking an exceptional Therapy Technician / Patient Care Specialist to join our team. We are looking for someone who loves working with people, is highly organized, takes initiative, is dependable and enjoys being part of a results-driven team. About Our Practice Our office combines advanced chiropractic care with cutting-edge wellness technologies to help patients achieve lasting results.
Services include:
  • Spinal Decompression Therapy
  • Red Light Therapy
  • Medical Weight Loss Programs
  • Pelvic Floor Therapy (Restora Chair)
  • Neurofeedback Therapy
  • Class IV Laser Therapy
  • Matrix Pain Management System Primary Responsibilities
  • Guide patients through prescribed therapy sessions
  • Educate and encourage patients throughout their care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and document treatment activity
  • Maintain therapy equipment and treatment areas
  • Create a positive, energetic, and welcoming patient experience
  • Support patient compliance and retention
  • Communicate effectively with doctors and team members

  • Chiropractic office experience
  • Healthcare, wellness, fitness, or medical office experience
  • Customer service, sales, or patient education experience Experience is helpful, but attitude, work ethic, and a willingness to learn are even more important. Compensation Base Pay Competitive hourly wage based on experience. Bonus Opportunities In addition to hourly compensation, team members may earn performance-based bonuses tied to:

  • 6:30 pm, Wed 6:30 am
  • 6:30 pm, Thur 9:00 am
  • 6:30 pm, Fri 7:00 am
  • 3:00 pm Tuesdays and occasional Saturdays needed for in and out of office events and/or trainings and meetings.
