As a PTA in home care, you will help patients improve strength, balance, and functional mobility so they can remain safe and independent at home. You will follow treatment plans created by the Physical Therapist and play an important role in helping patients reach their recovery goals. Physical Therapist Assistant | PTA Responsibilities Provide physical therapy treatment visits in patient homes. Implement therapy plans developed by the Physical Therapist. Guide patients through exercises, mobility training, and strengthening. Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety techniques. Monitor progress and communicate updates to supervising PT. Document visits accurately in EMR. Collaborate with nurses and therapy team members. Physical Therapist Assistant | PTA Qualifications Current Minnesota PTA license. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Ability to work independently in a field-based setting. Strong patient communication and engagement skills.
