What You'll Do:

Deliver one-on-one speech, language, and swallowing therapy in the home Perform diagnostic assessments and craft customized treatment plans Provide functional training tailored to communication, cognition, and feeding Educate clients and families on strategies that reinforce daily progress Document care using EMR and collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity

Qualifications:
