Job Description
Salary:
$95,000-$105,000DOE Key Responsibilities:
Clinical and Operational Leadership:
Direct all outpatient mental health programs, ensuring adherence to clinical best practices and ethical standards. Supervise and support clinical staff, including therapists, counselors, and support personnel, fostering a culture of growth and excellence. Implement and monitor quality assurance measures to assess and improve the effectiveness of services. Provide clinical oversight for service delivery, ensuring that care meets both client needs and organizational objectives. Ensure that the physical locations of outpatient services are set up to best serve our clients and support our staff. Up to 100% onsite leadership at main locations and visits to regional locations on a quarterly basis. Provide daily leadership of corporate location.Administrative & Billing Oversight:
Oversee billing processes for outpatient services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with financial goals. Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial sustainability. Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, as well as accreditation standards. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including Center-Based Services, to provide cohesive and comprehensive client care.Strategic Planning & Community Engagement:
Contribute to organizational strategic planning, driving initiatives that enhance service quality and accessibility. Develop an inclusive, fair, elevated and high performing team. Engage each member of the team to understand their contributions and opportunities. Establish and maintain strong relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and stakeholders to promote mental health services and awareness.Qualifications:
Education & Licensure:
Master's degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field. Current licensure in Minnesota as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or equivalent.Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in mental health services, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role . Proven experience in program development, staff supervision, quality assurance, and billing oversight.Skills:
Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and a solid understanding of healthcare regulations.Benefits:
