Job Description

Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Physical Therapist to join our wound team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.
Position Summary:
.80 FTE in busy Physical Therapy wound clinic, providing evidence-based wound care to both outpatient and inpatients at Methodist Hospital. Previous experience or exposure to wound care preferred, additional training/mentoring provided as needed. Position includes weekend rotation as well as one holiday per year. Potential option to expand to full time position in the near future. Provides direct patient care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations, with pediatric care required for some specialty positions. This position uses a variety of physical therapy techniques to restore individuals to maximum functional ability, independence, participation, and freedom from pain. Performs related duties as assigned.
Work Schedule:
0.8 FTE four, 8 hour days per week; includes weekends and one holiday per year.
Required Qualifications:
Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:
Doctorate, master's, or bachelor's degree in physical therapy
Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:
Licensed with the
Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy Preferred Qualifications:
Recommend experience as a Physical Therapist preferably in a medical setting. Recommend membership in related professional organization. Proficient with communication and data processing equipment. Proficient in clinical equipment related to area of expertise. Proficient in organization electronic medical record software.
