RIGHT FIT

for our TEAM We're looking for a New Patient Concierge who's ready to step into a purpose-driven environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys empathic connections, collaboratively working with a team, greeting people and meeting them with compassion wherever they may be! They are directly involved in patient care and team communications. Key Responsibilities Discovery phone calls to New patient leads Calling new patient leads and answering questions Greeting new patients and guiding them along their first visit at the office Providing New Patient tours Pre - consulting with the new patient on chief complaints, building an empathic connection and preparing them to meet with the doctor Providing Insight scans to patients throughout their care Providing progress exams to patients and reports Calling patients after their first visit to provide next steps and check in on them. On floor training of rehab to all patients and new patients who start Monitoring patient experiences and reporting trends and focus areas to the team Qualifications Customer service or care taking experience Compensation & Benefits Average of 30-35 hours per week.
