We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer service-focused Administrative Assistant to join our pediatric therapy team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy multitasking, and take pride in helping others, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do As the first point of contact for our families, you'll play an essential role in creating a welcoming and positive experience.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting patients and families with a warm, friendly attitude Answering and directing phone calls Scheduling and managing patient appointments Obtaining insurance prior authorizations Assisting with basic medical coding and billing Faxing, scanning, filing, and maintaining patient records Communicating with therapists, physicians, and insurance companies Providing outstanding customer service while ensuring the office runs efficiently
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
Organized and detail-oriented Friendly, compassionate, and professional Customer service focused with excellent communication skills Able to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment Comfortable learning healthcare software and office technology A dependable team player with a positive attitude Preferred Qualifications Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred Knowledge of insurance verification, prior authorizations, or medical billing/coding is a plus Strong computer and organizational skills Why Join Our Team?
