Job Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Patient Access Specialist to support front-end patient operations and help ensure a smooth experience from initial contact through registration. This role is responsible for coordinating patient access functions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting scheduling and revenue cycle processes. Based on general knowledge.
Verify patient demographic, insurance, and billing information for accuracy.
Schedule appointments and coordinate patient access services.
Obtain and update patient records in accordance with organizational procedures.
Support pre-registration, authorizations, and eligibility verification processes.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve patient account or scheduling issues.
Hours:
Monday -Friday:
7a-3:30pmKey ResponsibilitiesGreet patients and provide excellent customer service throughout the registration and intake process.Verify patient demographic, insurance, and billing information for accuracy.
