At our practice, we know accurate insurance verification plays an important role in both patient care and office efficiency. We're looking for a detail-oriented, compassionate, and organized Insurance Verification Specialist to join our team and help ensure patients receive timely, accurate support throughout their care journey. What You'll Do Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility accurately and efficiently Communicate with insurance providers to obtain benefits, authorization, and coverage information Update and maintain accurate insurance information within electronic medical records systems Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and support smooth daily operations Assist patients with insurance-related questions in a professional and helpful manner Ensure all documentation and verification processes are completed accurately and on time Support front-end administrative workflows as needed to help maintain excellent patient service What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service or administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Experience working with computers and electronic medical record systems Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Skills That Set You Apart Friendly, patient-focused, and professional attitude Strong verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Dependable and adaptable team player Ability to collaborate effectively and provide constructive feedback Commitment to delivering a positive patient experience Why Join Us We value our team members and are committed to creating a supportive, positive, and growth-oriented workplace where employees can thrive.
