We are looking for a self-driven compassionate Patient Service Representative to join our Marshall Family Practice Clinic.A Patient Service Representative:
Greets and registers patients presenting to the Hospital Collects copays and balances on current and previous encounters Answers all switchboard calls for the organizationShift:
Full-Time (80 hours every two weeks) Monday 9:00am-6:00pm, Tuesday 8:00am-5:00pm, Wed, Thurs, 10:00am-7:00 pm, Fri 8am-5pm This job is ideal for someone who is/has: Excellent customer serviceDependable:

enjoys working with little direction About our Patient Registration Team The Patient Registration Team at Fitzgibbon Hospital is a very important area within the Revenue Cycle of the organization. Patient Service Representatives are the first faces that all patients and visitors see when they enter the organization and are typically the last faces that are seen before they leave. The Patient Service Representative initiates the electronic encounters for all patients as well. Accuracy is highly important as all Patient Service Representatives have a direct impact on reimbursement. Federal, State, and Private insurances are constantly changing requirements so the team is always learning and adapting to ensure we are positively influencing reimbursement.
