Full-Time Day Aspire Senior Living Moberly is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Admissions Coordinator to join our team! As an integral part of our community, the Admissions Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless transition for our new residents, their families, and loved ones. Serve as the primary contact for all admissions inquiries and referrals. Conduct tours and provide detailed information about facility services and care options. Coordinate and schedule resident admissions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all required documentation. Communicate with hospitals, physicians, social workers, and family members to facilitate smooth transitions of care. Verify insurance coverage and assist with financial paperwork as needed. Collaborate with the nursing and administrative teams to ensure readiness for new admissions. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, referrals, and admissions activities. Participate in marketing and community outreach efforts to promote the facility and build relationships with referral sources. Uphold confidentiality and compliance with all HIPAA and regulatory standards.Admissions Coordinator Requirements:
