Lake Regional is seeking a professional, dedicated Patient Access Trainer and Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our Patient Access team. This role will be responsible for training new employees while they are onboarding Patient Access Service roles. In addition, ensure Patient Access personnel is current with new education on pertaining to the role of the individual. Completes audits of accounts prior to being sent to billing to ensure accuracy. Collaborates with the Patient Access Manager and Supervisors on the team to ensure compliance is met for training. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 3 years of related experience. Lake Regional Health System has competitive Benefits and Compensation package.
