This is a rare opportunity to combine clinical autonomy, leadership, and lifestyle balance in one role. You will have a PTA who will work under your supervision. Physical Therapists practice at the top of their license and maintain full autonomy over evaluation, treatment planning, progress reporting, and discharge decisions. This is a full time position. Our current Physical Therapist is expecting her first child in July, and she has committed to being a full time mother, therefore, we are seeking a replacement. Why This Position is Different

- No pressure to rush patient visits. As our Physical Therapist, you will:
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
- Develop and manage individualized plans of care
- Supervise and collaborate with a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Work closely with Chiropractors to deliver coordinated, multidisciplinary care
- Contribute to the continued growth and direction of the PT department You'll have the freedom to practice with clinical integrity , supported by systems and protocols already in place. Who We're Looking For This role is ideal for a Physical Therapist who:

- Communicates well and builds strong patient relationships New graduates are welcome-we provide structure, support, and mentorship.
- 105,000, depending on experience and qualifications Paid vacation starting at 14 days the 1st year with additional increases following years Generous benefit package including Personal Time Off and paid holidays Paid attendance post graduate seminars for license renewal Paid professional liability insurance premium NO holidays or weekends to work (office is closed Fridays), 33 hour work week, Monday-Thursday.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Active Physical Therapy License (or eligibility) in Missouri
- Strong skills in patient assessment and treatment planning
- Dry Needling Certification (preferred, not required), but is willing to become certified (paid for) Health Insurance provided if needed (includes dental and vision) This therapist will be able to work alongside progressive, courteous, quality concerned Chiropractors who will respect them as an equal & integral part of the patient care management.
