- What You'll Do
- Manage the
- patient registration process
- , including collecting demographic information and verifying details
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Accept referrals and coordinate care logistics
- Verify insurance coverage and dental codes, including prior authorizations
- Collect payments and process transactions accurately
- Act as a
- liaison between patients and clinical staff
- , ensuring a smooth patient experience
- Assist with daily administrative duties, including preparing deposits and maintaining records
- What You Bring
- 2+ years of medical scheduling experience
- (dental experience strongly preferred)
- Experience with
- insurance verification and/or prior authorizations
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with third-party reimbursement processes
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with computer systems (email, scheduling tools, data entry)
- Comfortable using a 10-key calculator and handling payment processing
- Schedule & Work Environment
- On-site position
- Monday-Friday schedule
- with shifts between:
- 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
