• What You'll Do
• Manage the
• patient registration process
• , including collecting demographic information and verifying details
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Accept referrals and coordinate care logistics
• Verify insurance coverage and dental codes, including prior authorizations
• Collect payments and process transactions accurately
• Act as a
• liaison between patients and clinical staff
• , ensuring a smooth patient experience
• Assist with daily administrative duties, including preparing deposits and maintaining records
• What You Bring
• 2+ years of medical scheduling experience
• (dental experience strongly preferred)
• Experience with
• insurance verification and/or prior authorizations
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with third-party reimbursement processes

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with computer systems (email, scheduling tools, data entry)
• Comfortable using a 10-key calculator and handling payment processing
• Schedule & Work Environment
• On-site position
• Monday-Friday schedule
• with shifts between:
• 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
