Full-Time Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift | Flex as needed to meet facility needs: On call rotation and light travel

Admissions Director Responsibilities:

Obtain referral information from telephone and walk-in inquiries, including complete clinical and financial information required for admission committee approval Collaborate with the business office to verify financial information is accurate and complete prior to patient admission Achieve family commitment to tour the facility on 80% of viable referrals ; conduct facility tours with families Manage the full admissions process , including explaining admission policies and ensuring all paperwork is complete upon admission Monitor and update facility personnel on pending referrals , admissions, and necessary follow-up Communicate referral source issues to the Marketing Director as they arise Build and maintain relationships with referral sources

Admissions Director Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in admissions at a SNF , subacute , rehab , or other healthcare facility Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up Professional telephone skills with the ability to handle referral calls effectively and efficiently Computer proficiency with a marketing information system Knowledge of the managed care industry preferred Excellent communication skills — written and verbal Commitment to protecting patient and resident rights and upholding professional standards Country Club Rehab & Healthcare Center proudly offers short-term rehab and long-term care services.
