Job Description
This Outpatient Employee Health RN role is built for someone who wants to take ownership of a program and shape how employee health is delivered across multiple rural facilities.

Be Kind | Trust and Be Trusted | Work Together | Strive for Excellence. You will lead the development of a more consistent, structured Employee Health approach across the Hi-Line. This includes onboarding, injury management, and building a return-to-work program that does not exist today. This is a hands-on role with real influence on employee experience and safety. What You Will Do Lead Employee Onboarding Manage clinical onboarding requirements for new hires Partner with HR to support a smooth onboarding experience Serve as a consistent point of contact for new employees Help improve onboarding based on employee feedback Standardize Workplace Injury Management Oversee employee injury processes across all sites Create consistent workflows and documentation Move from site-specific handling to a regional approach Build a Return-to-Work Program Design and implement a structured return-to-work process Establish clear guidelines, tracking, and communication Support leaders and employees through the process Develop Employee Health Program Create policies and procedures for Employee Health Align multiple facilities under one consistent model Identify gaps and implement improvements Provide Education and Support Educate staff and leaders on employee health practices Serve as a resource for injury management and compliance Role Scope Outpatient-based role Supports multiple Hi-Line facilities Regional focus rather than single-site ownership Flexible structure with expected growth over time What You Bring Current Montana RN license or multi-state compact license with authorization to practice in Montana BSN preferred Minimum two (2) years of RN experience in a medical setting such as clinic, physician office, or hospital Experience in employee health, occupational health, or related area preferred Knowledge of nursing theory, medical office procedures, and medical terminology RQI Provider (BLS) within 7 days of hire or prior to independent work ACLS preferred Why This Role Build and shape a program from the ground up Work across a connected rural healthcare region Play a direct role in employee safety and experience Opportunity for the role to expand in scope over timeShift:

Schedule:
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
