  • PRN•Plains Plains, MT Part Time Family Medicine Network Entry Level Position•Patient Service Representative•PRN Plains Family Medicine is currently seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and professionalPatient Services Representative ( PSR )to join our team.
As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, the PSR plays a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Accuracy in verifying and entering patient information into electronic health records is essential to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Greet and register patients and visitors promptly and courteously + Schedule patient appointments and confirm daily schedules + Prepare daily provider schedules and generate statistical reports + Answer incoming phone calls, relay messages, and assist with inquiries + Process incoming and outgoing medical record requests in accordance with HIPAA regulations + Secure patient health information by maintaining a clean and locked workstation when unattended + Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support clinic operations Schedule
