In this critical front-line clinical role, you will guide new clients through the intake process, coordinate assessments, and ensure they receive appropriate treatment recommendations. You will serve as both the welcoming face and clinical anchor for individuals entering care, working closely with clinical leadership and the diagnostic team to deliver a seamless and supportive onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first clinical point of contact for prospective clients via phone and in-person consultations Conduct initial screenings and guide clients through the intake and registration process Act as a liaison between B&D Integrated Health Services and referral sources Educate clients on clinic procedures, rights, and ensure completion of all required documentation Collect and document comprehensive bio-psycho-social histories Complete Comprehensive Clinical Assessments and Diagnostic Assessments in a timely manner Collaborate with the Diagnostic Team to develop and present clinically appropriate treatment recommendations Work closely with the Clinical Director, Quality Management Director, and other staff to ensure a smooth client experience
Qualifications Education:
Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (required)Licensure:
Active license (provisional or full) in North Carolina requiredExamples:
LCMHC-A, LCSWA, or equivalentSkills & Attributes:
