Job Description

A busy specialty medical office is hiring a Patient Services Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy, organized multi-tasker with excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, who will deliver a pleasant patient experience and be a supportive team member.
Front office duties include:
Registering patients for their visits, entering demographics and insurance details. Verifying insurance to determine eligibility, collecting co-pays. Quick and efficient utilization of EHR and practice management systems. Scheduling follow-up appointments, answering incoming calls, and text messages. Following instructions and supporting the needs of physicians and nurse practitioners. We offer competitive pay, no weekends, and benefits including health insurance, retirement, and generous PTO plans.

$18.00 - $24.87 per hour
