Eagle Family Medicine @ Guilford College Join Our Team as a Referral Coordinator! Are you detail oriented and patient-focused worker, seeking a rewarding and challenging role? Look no further! Eagle Physicians & Associates is on the hunt for a dynamic and self-motivated Referral Coordinator to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals part-time. Qualified applicants will have a minimum of 2 years prior experience in a medical office.
Schedule:
This will be 4 seven hour shifts, 28 hours weekly. Practice Administrator will determine the day off. 8 AM - 5 PM, NO
WEEKENDS!

Key Responsibilities:
Make appropriate referrals for patients at the direction of provider. Works closely with provider to ensure referral meets the medical and insurance needs of the patient. Complete referral forms and coordinate with each provider to ensure pertinent medical records are forwarded to the referred specialty. Follows HIPAA guidelines for patient confidentiality and maintains security of Protected Health Information (PHI) and business information.
