Job Description

Become part of one of the region's most established and respected independent primary care practices, known for delivering high'quality, relationship'based care to generations of families. With deep community roots, a loyal patient panel, and a supportive clinical team, this is an opportunity to step into a stable, well'run practice and make a meaningful impact from day one. With one long'tenured physician recently retired and another relocating due to family commitments, the practice is seeking a mission'driven physician who values continuity, compassion, and quality.
Position Highlights:
  • Outpatient'only primary care
  • 4'day workweek (open to a 3-day work week)
  • 10 patients per day (never more than 18)
  • Join a collegial team of long'tenured clinicians, including two NPs (one with 8 years of experience)
  • Open to Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics or NP/PA
  • Part of an ACO, emphasizing quality over volume
  • AthenaOne EMR
  • Mental health provider onsite
