Patient Care Aide

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Aide to join our healthcare team. Duties Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices. Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature, accurately updating electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner. Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards. Provide specialized care for patients with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, including memory care techniques and behavioral health support..
