The Pre-Certification Coordinator obtains insurance authorization for required patient encounters. Additionally, the Pre-Certification Coordinator delivers the Important Medicare Message to the patient. Minimum Requirements:

Must be a high school graduate Minimum two years of experience in a health care setting performing related tasks Familiar with medical terminology and healthcare insurance process Ability to prioritize and multitask with a strong attention to detail Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
