The Cardiovascular Team at Cheshire Medical Center is seeking a motivated Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA), with a strong interest and/or background in general cardiology and/or acute or critical care preferably with two years of experience but willing to train the right motivated and dedicated candidate. The APP will be dedicated to primarily ambulatory clinical settings, helping to provide and coordinate high-quality care and education to patients and their families as part of a multidisciplinary team and with the support of a Cardiologist. The candidate will be able to effectively collaborate with and communicate well with all members of the Cardiology team in the assessment, diagnosis, and management of cardiac conditions. The individual selected will act as a patient advocate, ensuring optimal contemporary patient care. Dartmouth-Hitchcock Clinic Keene is a 240-physician and associate provider, multi-specialty community practice associated with the teaching hospital, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, and the Geisel School of Medicine.
