Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Patient Services Representative to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the friendly face and efficient coordinator for patients, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. Your energetic approach will help foster a welcoming environment, while your attention to detail guarantees accurate appointment scheduling, insurance processing, and patient communication. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on patient care and support the daily operations of our facility. Duties Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using our medical scheduling software Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical histories Answer phone calls promptly, providing clear information and directing inquiries appropriately Process insurance claims, authorizations, and payments accurately and efficiently Maintain organized patient records in compliance with privacy regulations Collaborate with staff to coordinate patient flow and support administrative needs Requirements Spanish Speaking required Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred Strong knowledge of medical terminology to accurately interpret patient information Proven ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with medical administrative support tasks such as billing, coding, or insurance processing is a plus Office experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail Experience working in a substance abuse treatment facility is advantageous but not required Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a positive attitude Join us in delivering exceptional patient care through energetic service and meticulous administrative support!
