(FWBH), located in Rio Rancho, NM, is a dynamic forward thinking Intensive Outpatient Facility committed first to the health and well-being of our staff. FWBH offers competitive wages, opportunity for growth and advancement for career minded officers. •Job offers will be contingent upon a successful interview with completion of both drug screening and a background check. Establishes and maintains positive relationships with referral sources. Obtains applicant information by requesting completed applications and medical information, verifying and clarifying information, interviewing applicants and family members, as needed, to better understand the applicants unique needs in treatment. Responds to referral calls in a timely manner and with professional communication. Verifies patient insurance information and obtains initial authorization from billing dept. for services. Assist applicant in sliding fee scale applications, as needed. Resolve complaints about admissions by investigating the matter and recommend changes in the company's procedural policies as needed. Assist in the development of brochures and advertisements in order to market the organization and conduct tours with interested visitors. Responsible for making changes to participant program enrollments as treatment recommendation or needs change. Maintains HIPAA compliance in all actions.
