Job Description

Join a collaborative behavioral health team with strong support, meaningful patient impact, and a balanced lifestyle. The Opportunity This is an outpatient LCSW opportunity within a community-owned Critical Access Hospital and Rural Health Clinic serving a highly underserved population. You will join an integrated behavioral health team alongside nurse practitioners and a psychiatrist, working closely with primary care providers to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. This role exists due to significant unmet behavioral health demand in the community, with current capacity unable to support patient needs. You will step into an environment where your services are immediately needed and valued, with the ability to focus on therapy while supported by a structured intake process and a collaborative care model. What You Won't Be Doing:
No inpatient responsibilities No call coverage No medication management
Scope Clinical Focus:
Individual therapy Behavioral health support for chronic conditions Integrated care alongside primary care
Case Mix:
Adult and geriatric patients High behavioral health needs in underserved population
Care Model:
Collaborative with primary care, psychiatry, and behavioral health NPs Therapy-focused role with intake support

Compensation Base Salary:
