The Opportunity This is an outpatient LCSW opportunity within a community-owned Critical Access Hospital and Rural Health Clinic serving a highly underserved population. You will join an integrated behavioral health team alongside nurse practitioners and a psychiatrist, working closely with primary care providers to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. This role exists due to significant unmet behavioral health demand in the community, with current capacity unable to support patient needs.
