Starting at $18.00 per hour Position Summary University Neurology is seeking a reliable and patient-focused Intake Coordinator to support clinical operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role combines hands-on clinical support with administrative responsibilities and requires comfort working across different office settings. Key Responsibilities Assist providers with patient intake, including obtaining medical histories and recording vital signs Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and understanding Administer medications as directed and assist with basic clinical procedures Accurately document patient information in the electronic health record (EHR), including ICD coding Perform clinical tasks and manage patient phone calls as needed Coordinate care with providers, nursing staff, and other clinical team members Maintain clean, organized, and safe clinical environments in compliance with safety protocols Provide administrative support including appointment scheduling and patient record management Float between practice locations as needed to support daily operations Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare practice preferred Proficiency with EHR systems and medical documentation Strong understanding of medical terminology Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Excellent communication and patient service skills Benefits 403(b) retirement plan with employer matching Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Paid time off
