This role is perfect for someone who thrives on helping others and enjoys a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. We value teamwork, professionalism, and dedication to providing excellent patient care. This is a full-time position with standard hours of Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00. Key Responsibilities:
Open and close the office, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Greet patients, verify and update their information, and efficiently check them in. Manage electronic health records (EHR), patient portals, and insurance information. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to messages promptly. Collect payments, perform insurance eligibility checks, and prepare patient charts. Distribute reports, send referrals, and maintain accurate filing of closed encounters. Monitor office supplies, manage skincare product transactions, and keep workstations tidy. Perform other duties as assigned to support smooth office operations. Education and Experience:
