To maintain essential communication between patients, billing department staff and clinical staff to assure correct and current billing information. To communicate in a professional manner verbally and in written form to patients and insurance carriers. To record all guarantor information, calculate, post payments, and do adjustments. Maintain claim data efficiently and accurately.
