We offer our Dental Patient Care Coordinator a competitive wage up to $27 per hour , based on experience.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
In this full-time role, you'll manage and optimize provider schedules, confirm appointments, fill cancellations, and keep the office running smoothly. You'll greet patients, guide them through check-in and check-out, present treatment plans clearly, verify insurance, coordinate pre-authorizations, follow up on pending treatment, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and communicate closely with providers, all while ensuring patients feel supported every step of the way.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A DENTAL PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
