Patient Care Associate Fresh Pond Physical Therapy is seeking a friendly and service-oriented Patient Care Associate to join the team at our thriving clinic. You will play a key role in helping create a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations including booking appointments, answering phone calls, and collecting payment information. The ideal candidate is organized, computer savvy, energetic, compassionate, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting. Essential Responsibilities Greet patients as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience both in person and over the phone Manage front desk operations including scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and answering inquiries Perform accurate data entry and maintain patient records within the EMR system Verify patient demographics and insurance information for new and returning patients Collect co-pays and assist with basic administrative reporting tasks Perform minor cleaning duties including laundry, sanitizing treatment tables, and maintaining clinic cleanliness Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines and clinic policies Answer calls from patients and insurance with professionalism and excellent customer service Assist with inventory management and supply organization Provide general patient services and attend to the needs of patients throughout their services Qualifications Previous medical office or healthcare experience preferred Customer service experience strongly preferred Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar computer systems Excellent communication, multi-tasking skills, organizational, and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Professional demeanor and strong work ethic Computer Savvy High school diploma or GED required Benefits 401(k) plan Paid Time Off Great work-life balance Flexible Schedule Medical and disability insurance options subject to Company's plan Professional development and leadership growth opportunitiesCompensation:
