Greet and check-in patients with a friendly and professional demeanor. Manage appointment scheduling and patient inquiries efficiently. Handle phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff. Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality is upheld. Process insurance verification and patient billing accurately. Assist with administrative tasks to support the medical team. Ensure the front office area is organized and welcoming. Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the office environment.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in medical office software and MS Office Suite. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Experience in a medical office setting is a plus.
