As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet patients as they arrive, schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and collect insurance and payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. Responsibilities Greet patients as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience Check in patients, verify insurance and medical history Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Assist patients with paperwork, including consent forms Input patient demographics and medical information into EMR Maintain a clean and inviting environment Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of patients throughout their services Collect patient responsibility at time of appointment Qualifications Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service Strong work ethic and positive attitude Familiar with computers and scheduling software Excellent multi-tasking skills Experience with
