11:00 AM•7:00 PM | 5 Days per Week Job Summary The Patient Care Associate (PCA) provides direct patient support and assists the nursing team in delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, specimen collection, patient transport, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for patients. The ideal candidate will have strong patient care skills, excellent communication abilities, and a compassionate approach to healthcare. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Current AHA Heartsaver or BLS Certification. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Physical ability to assist patients with mobility and daily care activities. Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English. Preferred Qualifications 3-9 months of healthcare experience. Previous experience as a Patient Care Associate, Patient Care Technician (PCT), Nursing Assistant, CNA, or Hospital Assistant. Experience with EKGs, specimen collection, and patient observation. Experience working in acute care or hospital settings. Responsibilities Monitor and record patient vital signs. Assist patients with bathing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, and other activities of daily living. Collect specimens and perform clinical support procedures. Assist with EKGs, venipuncture, compression devices, and patient preparation. Transport patients via wheelchair or stretcher as needed. Support dietary services and patient meal distribution. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment. Perform patient observation and safety monitoring when required. Assist nursing staff with patient care activities and documentation. Communicate patient concerns and changes in condition to the healthcare team. Perform additional patient support and unit-related duties as assigned. For more details reach at
