Patient Experience Coordinator

PRIMARY DUTIES

Cheerfully greet patients & direct patient flow Perform a variety of administrative tasks such as setting up appointment and payment scheduling, managing confidential patient records, responding to patient inquiries / requests & ensuring EHR system is rigorously kept up-to-date Prepare scheduled case folders for the following day Proper exam room preparation Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic

QUALIFICATIONS

Exceptional communicator (written & oral) Technically savvy Organized multi-tasker Fast & eager learner Able to complete tasks in the midst of interruptions and ever-changing priorities Self-Motivated with Dependable Follow-Thru Comfortable interacting with diverse patient base Able to reliably commute to office & scheduled events

COMPENSATION

Competitive starting pay range of $15.00 - $21.00 per hour Bonus Opportunities (Tied to Practice Growth, Marketing Events and Position Mastery / Increased Responsibility) HOURS Typical work week of approximately 28 hours, broken down as:

Monday & Thursday:

8:30 - 6:30 (with generous 2 hour lunch break),

Tuesday & Wednesday:
